Ball bearings for safe training
The ball bearings inside the Olympic barbell ensure safe training, especially during highly effective exercises such as "clean" exercises. Here, the barbell is brought from the floor to chest height and then a squat is performed. This is done in one movement, although with an ordinary barbell without ball bearings there is a risk that the entire barbell will rotate and slip out of your hand. Due to the ball bearing, the rotation is only limited to holding the weight plates in order to ensure safe training comfort and to minimize the risk of injury.
