If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance by e-mail or telephone and state your customer number, order number or name. The return is free of charge for you! As the manufacturer, we will pay the shipping costs for you. However, we would like to ask you not to return your goods to us without prior agreement. We can schedule a pickup at your location at a lower cost and you can wait comfortably at home for the pickup.
