Other areas of use are martial arts such as Ultimate Free Fight, Mixed Martial Arts and similar self-defence techniques. The glove is made of high-quality cowhide leather and is fastened at the wrist by means of a wide Velcro strap. The velcro is wrapped twice around the wrist like a bandage. This provides optimum protection for the wrist. However, it remains mobile.
