Who can leave a review?
Anyone can submit a review using our online form.
To help identify the purchase, an order number may be added voluntarily.
How do we ensure reviews are genuine?
All reviews are manually checked before publication.
We verify:
- that the review relates to an actual product experience,
- that the provided information is plausible,
- that the content meets legal requirements (no insults, hate speech, personal data, misinformation, etc.).
If any doubts arise, we contact the reviewer via email for verification.
Only reviews confirmed as genuine are published.
Are positive and negative reviews treated equally?
Yes.
All reviews—positive or negative—are published as long as they meet our guidelines and can be verified.
Are reviews paid?
Customers who have actually purchased from us receive an invitation to leave a review and may receive a €10 cashback.
This cashback is granted regardless of the content of the review and is only intended to encourage genuine feedback.
We do not buy reviews and we do not publish paid or sponsored reviews.
Labelling of incentivized reviews
Incentivized reviews are marked with a note, for example:
“This review was incentivized with a voucher.”
How long does the verification take?
Reviews are usually verified within 1–3 business days.
In what cases is a review not published?
A review will not be published if it:
- contains illegal content,
- contains advertising or spam,
- includes personal data of third parties,
- has no credible product relevance,
- appears false or manipulated,
- cannot be verified.
