You are training with a device that has been designed according to the latest safety standards. Possible sources of danger that could cause injury have been eliminated as far as possible.

To avoid injuries and/or accidents, please read and follow these simple rules:

1. Do not allow children to play with or near the appliance.

2. Check regularly that all nuts and bolts are tight.

3. Replace defective parts immediately and do not use the appliance until they have been repaired. Also pay attention to any material fatigue.

4. Read the operating instructions carefully before using the appliance.

5. Place the device on a firm and level surface.

6. Do not exercise immediately before or after meals.

7. Always consult a doctor before starting fitness training.

8. The safety level of the device can only be guaranteed if you check the wearing parts at regular intervals. These are marked with * in the parts list.

9. Under no circumstances should exercise equipment be used as play equipment.

10. Wear shoes and never train barefoot.

11. The training device must not be set up in damp rooms (bathroom) or on the balcony.

12. A free area of at least 0.6 metres in addition to the training area is required.

13. The open area must cover the emergency descent area.

14. Neighbouring devices can share the open space.

The area of application for this training device is the home. The device fulfils the requirements of EN ISO 20957-1 Class H. Improper use of this device (e.g. excessive training, incorrect settings, etc.) may result in damage to health.
