CleverFold RC5 comes equipped with a state-of-the-art training computer, which features a large, easy-to-read LCD display and 19 training programs (uphill and downhill profiles, cardio and fat burning programs). Also 4 heart rate programs are available. RC5 offers the right workout for beginners or professional athletes and will keep you motivated with ever new challenges. All 16 computer-controlled resistance settings can also be adjusted manually.

Healthy training with heart rate monitoring

The right heart rate is key for a moderate cardio training that will help you burn plenty of calories. Your heart rate can be measured either via the handles or an optional chest strap, so you can always make sure you are within your perfect range. You can even enter a max. heart rate and the RC5 will dial down resistance once you surpass the set value. 4 heart rate programs are available.
