Training intensity can be adjusted via a weight block that allows the integration of super sets into your weight training for even better results. The accessories provided, e.g. the curl bar, can be used for various weight exercises. The multi-gym allows you to individually target the main muscle groups with ever new training impulses. You won't believe your eyes – you'll see results in the mirror from your workouts on the Ferrum TX2 in no time at all.
Broad shoulders and a powerful neck
The curl bar can be used for shoulder lifts to strengthen the area and sculpt the desired shape. Rowing exercises done standing up with the bench press module or sitting down using the cable pulls offer plenty of variety in your workout of these muscle groups.

The variably adjustable push unit can be used for butterfly or bench press exercises for the targeted workout of your chest muscles. The adjustable cable pull hoists on the lateral cable tower offer a huge range of additional workout options for your chest and shoulders."

Use the curl bar and the padded arm curl bench to train your biceps and add other isolation exercises to your sets. The triceps muscle is the main player when it comes to upper arm circumference and is worked on with the curl bar while standing up.
