The Autark 3.0 is the space-saving weight station in the HAMMER Maximum series and offers you professional training variety with minimum height. Developed for anyone looking for a powerful and versatile workout in a small space.

Ideal for low rooms

With a height of just 198 cm, the Autark 3.0 also fits into basements and low training areas. It can optionally be extended to 205 cm - perfect for any training room.

Versatile upper body training

The quickly adjustable bench press and rowing module enables effective chest and back exercises. Integrated butterfly straps add precise, joint-friendly movements to the workout. The seat and backrest cushions can be ergonomically adjusted.

Efficient leg exercises

The combined flexion/extension module enables controlled extension and curl exercises and provides a complete, isolated leg workout.

More freedom

The additional lower cable pull opens up functional exercise variations for arms, core and lower body - ideal for varied workouts.

With an 80 kg block and 5 kg increments, the Autark 3.0 offers optimum progression for every training level. Smooth movement sequences ensure a professional studio feel.

Stable, safe and comfortable

The Autark 3.0 supports training up to 150 kg body weight and 210 cm height. Ergonomic padding, non-slip hand pulls and precise mechanisms ensure safe comfort.

Fully equipped and expandable

Included in the scope of delivery: Lat bar, SZ bar, handle, foot cuff, 2.5 kg additional weight and chains. The station can be optionally extended with the leg press and optional additional weights.
