"Wie viele Bohrlöcher?: 8 Löcher
"Wie tief ist ein Bohrloch?": 2,5 cm
"Auch Backstein tauglich?": Nein, nicht für Backsteinwände empfohlen. Hierzu benötigen Sie stärkere Schrauben aus dem Baumarkt. Theoretisch also schon umsetzbar.

Eine Ruderbewegung auf einem zusätzlichen Stuhl sollte deshalb ebenfalls möglich sein.

Safety instructions
To use the ADAPT cable pull trainer, the wall rail included in the scope of delivery must be fitted. *
Only begin installation after you have read and understood the instructions and warnings on this installation page.
It is recommended that the wall rail is fitted by a professional.
Improper installation or use of the ADAPT cable pull trainer or wall rail can result in damage or serious injury.
Before drilling holes in the wall and screwing in the screws, first check that there are no power cables underneath.
Only attach the wall rail to a load-bearing wall or a structural beam. Load-bearing walls also include
Solid walls (brick walls, masonry) or
Plaster walls with an approved structural beam
When attaching to wooden or steel wall beams, make sure that the screws for fastening are anchored in the centre of the beam. We recommend using a joist finder.
The wall must be level. If the wall rail is not attached to a flat surface, it will be difficult to use the ADAPT pulley trainer properly.
Due to the forces exerted on the wall rail when using the ADAPT cable pull trainer, every single screw must be screwed in well and tightened securely.
Regularly check that all screws in the wall rail are tight. If necessary, retighten the individual screws in the wall rail.
Do not install the wall rail at a distance of 5 m (16 ft) from other people, as this represents a safety risk.
Any injury to persons or damage to property caused by improper installation/use or incomplete compliance with the instructions is not covered by the warranty.
Do not use the ADAPT cable pull trainer or the wall rail in any of the following environments
An area with high humidity such as a bathroom
Near heat sources such as ovens and other heat-producing appliances
