High-quality polycarbonate water drum
The water drum made of robust polycarbonate, which creates water resistance, is the absolute highlight of the FINNLO by HAMMER Aquon Water Flow. The unique and natural feeling of water resistance is particularly pleasant and will motivate you to concentrate on your workout for a long time. You can see and feel the element of water through the transparent water tank. The pleasant rippling of the water has a relaxing and particularly motivating effect on your training.
The big difference: 4-way adjustable water resistance
The 4-way adjustable water resistance system allows you to precisely set your individual fitness level. The rotary knob on the water tank allows you to increase or decrease the level of difficulty according to your individual training level. Compared to conventional water rowing machines, where the resistance is regulated solely by the pulling speed, with Water Flow you also have the option of regulating your resistance at 4 different training levels. More variability, more options and greater training efficiency.

This stylish premium fitness machine has a friction-free roller system for smooth running and optimum rowing dynamics. High-quality precision ball bearings ensure absolutely smooth running.
Water Flow training computer
for full performance control
The tilting training computer gives you maximum control over your performance! The displays for your calorie consumption per hour, your total training time, the time you need to cover an average of 500 metres, your heart rate (via chest strap measurement) and the distance you have covered guarantee you a complete overview of your rowing training. High quality in all areas! Water Flow is already equipped with a heart rate receiver that allows you to train in a health-orientated way with a chest strap (chest strap optional). Heart rate monitoring is essential, especially for aerobic cardio training to reduce weight.
Explore the world from home: Virtual rowing with Kinomap
Experience a completely new rowing experience with the live route videos from Kinomap. You can get your virtual avatar up to speed and turn your training into a motivating, interactive event. With the Kinomap fitness app (with camera function), you can choose from a variety of exciting rowing tours that will inspire you. Train all over the world and immerse yourself in the virtual training world of Kinomap with every rowing stroke. You can train with the Kinomap videos using your front camera on your smartphone/tablet. This measures your stroke frequency and offers you a realistic live course experience. The travelling speed automatically adjusts to your current train frequency in real time. To enjoy Kinomap perfectly, we recommend downloading the app directly to your tablet and using the tablet holder (item no. 6816) available in the HAMMER webshop.
