The safety hooks guarantee maximum safety and free suspension of the pulleys for perfect rope guidance.
The station also has additional pull points on the lower struts next to the seat cushion. This means that all exercises that require traction from below are possible. These include side raises, front raises, curls, side bends and squats.
You can remove the seat pad with leg module in one easy step so that you always have the space you need in your training programme. This allows you to perform standing exercises and functional training with maximum freedom of movement.
Compact all-rounder

Safety instructions
Consult a doctor before starting this or any other exercise programme. Your doctor should advise you on your target heart rate, taking into account your age and fitness level. Some exercises may not be suitable for everyone. This is particularly important for people over the age of 35, pregnant women or people with health problems. If you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, you should consult your doctor.
Start your training slowly. Even if you are an experienced athlete, start with the beginner's programme and familiarise yourself with the exercises before starting the advanced training.
Avoid overtraining with this or any other training plan. Listen to your body and react to any changes. You must learn to distinguish good pain such as "fatigue" from bad pain such as injury. If you experience any pain or tightness in your chest, an abnormal pulse, dizziness or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and seek medical advice.
Warm up before each exercise programme by performing exercises with very low resistance.
Check the device before each use. Never exercise with the device if it is not working properly.
Take care when getting on and off the device. Place the device on a firm and level surface. Follow the instructions in the video and the instructions on pages 44 to 82 for proper exercise technique.
Only use the device for its intended purpose as described in these instructions. Do not modify the device and only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
Keep sufficient distance behind and in front of the device. Keep children, pets and furniture away when exercising.
Wear suitable clothing when exercising. Training clothing should offer the necessary freedom of movement. Wear comfortable sports shoes with non-slip soles.
This device is not suitable for children. Parents and other supervisors should be aware of their responsibility, as children's playful behaviour can lead to situations for which the training device is not designed. To avoid injury, keep this and any other fitness equipment away from children. Follow these rules: - Keep children out of the rooms where your exercise equipment is located. - Keep exercise equipment in a lockable room. - Keep an eye on where your children are while you are exercising. - Do not wear headphones during your workout.
Breathe normally, never hold your breath during an exercise. You should be able to carry on a conversation during your exercise.
Warm down after exercise with 5 to 10 minutes of slow walking followed by stretching.
Disabled people should have a doctor's approval before exercising with this equipment. They should be supervised during exercise.
Only one person should use this equipment. Never several people at the same time.
Never hold body parts or other objects near the device while it is in use. Ensure that no fingers or hands get caught in moving parts during assembly and use.
